Brief description of the product:

Every time there are more wrappings on the market that work at high speed. These machines subject the agricultural films to a great tension, so that the films must be able to absorb these strong impulses without breaking.

When using high-fodder forage (hard stems), and especially in square bales with prominent corners, a film of special characteristics is required to withstand these working conditions.

SuperGrass stretch film is designed to work on these high-speed bale packs with square bales. The formulation chosen for SuperGrass is ideal for this application. SuperGrass offers the best mechanical values on the market.

CHARACTERISTICS

1- Made with the best raw materials available in the market:
This results in excellent mechanical properties of elongation, strength and reliability.

2. Blow extrusion technology.
With the blow extrusion technique, the best results are obtained in the manufacture of agricultural films. Being much superior to casting, it allows the films, once pre-stretched, to be ultra resistant in the transverse and longitudinal directions.

3- Film coextruded in 7 and 5 layers.
Allows the same thickness, gets much better mechanical properties than with three-layer films.

4. Excellent adhesive strength.
To maintain tension between film layers and achieve optimum silo fermentation.

5. Minimum gas permeability.

6- Better elasticity.
Minimizes breaks and tears by pre-stretching the film in the wrapping.

7- Upper elastic memory.
Allows bales to maintain tightening tension for up to one year after recording.

8- High resistance to drilling.
To withstand the aggression of hard rods and corners of square bales, especially when using high speed automatic packaging.

9- Automatic thickness control.
A film of 25 microns (= 0.025 mm.) Thick should have a high thickness homogeneity that does not allow weak spots.

10- Great opacity and color density.
Get more silo protection in front of the sun for better fermentation.

11- Stabilized against ultraviolet rays
Capable of supporting up to 1 year of exposure to the climate in southern Europe and in forage areas in Latin America.

12- Canutos of recyclable plastic or card of high resistance.
They resist moisture without collapsing.
