Septic tanks are domestic wastewater treatment devices, which use a combination of settling and anaerobic digestion to achieve a significant reduction of the pollution load. The interior walls have smooth surfaces for easy cleaning and prevention of aggregation and accumulation of debris. The low weight of the equipment facilitates transport and handling. Ideal for installation in soil that is difficult to excavate or where groundwater levels are high.
