Suitable for conical and pyramid shaped clod plants, from salads and chicory with small dimensions leaves and peat clods to tobacco with very developed root and leaf body; driven by rubber driving-wheels.
The small dimensions of the machine (only 130 cm length) facilitate exploiting double-frame (DT) versions, with distance between rows min. cm 25 and very high hourly production. Standard equipment is very rich, including among the others a doubleeffect parallelogram, big flex rubber packing wheels Ø 410 mm, a rotary 6-cup distributor, reduction inserts and rotary tray-holders. Standard version with flex front roller, SKID version with packing slide.
Distance between rows minimum 50 cm (minimum 40 cm for the 2 rows BABY TRIUM with a special optional kit).

Indicative production, up to 3000/4000 plants per hour each row.

A) Distribution system: horizontal rotary system with 6 high‑capacity cups, full opening, and included reducing inserts (optional extensions). On request, version with aluminium cup distributor with opening bottom (TEXDRIVE BEST‑type semi‑cup).

B) Plant Control: device for precise and consistent plant placement.

C) Compaction wheels: bi‑convergent, with triple adjustment, for ideal hilling.

D) Furrow‑opening ploughshare: with quick release and anti‑release system.

E) Parallelogram: long travel to maintain constant horizontality; reversible spring to increase or reduce the weight on the compaction wheels; adjustable front flex wheel.

F) Wheel scraper: high‑efficiency, with dual adjustment (height and inclination).

G) Transplanting depth: practical regulation with a wide adjustment range.

H) Automatic release: in case of accidental blockage, with automatic re‑engagement and self‑synchronisation.

SKID version (A): with height‑adjustable compacting skid, in combination with the compaction wheels; recommended for use on soft and dry soils, allowing the transplanting units to “float” on the surface.

Standard version (B): with floating front flex wheel and adjustable pressure; recommended for use on medium‑texture soils, to compact and level the surface.
